Each month we highlight a nonprofit doing meaningful work. Here are the organizations we’ve supported recently.
Hunger Fight
January ’25 — $260
Hunger Fight is dedicated to ending hunger and illiteracy for children and families by providing nutritious meals to food-insecure kids and books to preschoolers. Their programs help meet immediate needs while also building a stronger foundation for learning and long-term success.
National Alliance on Mental Illness
December ’25 — $540
NAMI Jacksonville is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by mental health conditions. Through free support groups, educational programs, advocacy, and community outreach, they work to reduce stigma, promote understanding, and connect people with resources that inspire hope and healing within the community.
K9s For Warriors
November ’25 — $220
K9s For Warriors is dedicated to ending veteran suicide by providing highly trained service dogs to veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and military sexual trauma. Their programs offer life-changing support that helps veterans regain independence and improve quality of life.
Hubbard House

Hubbard House supports survivors of domestic violence through emergency shelter, counseling, advocacy, and education. Their work provides safety, support, and resources to help individuals and families rebuild their lives free from violence.
Feeding Northeast Florida

Feeding Northeast Florida is a hunger-relief organization dedicated to alleviating hunger by providing nutritious food to people in need. Through partnerships with food pantries, shelters, and community organizations, they help ensure individuals and families have access to the food they need to thrive.
Jacksonville Humane Society

The Jacksonville Humane Society is a nonprofit, no-kill organization dedicated to the welfare of animals. Through adoption, veterinary care, spay and neuter services, and community education, they work to end pet homelessness and ensure animals are treated with care, compassion, and respect.
Isaiah 117 House

Isaiah 117 House provides a safe, loving home for children awaiting foster care placement. Their mission is to reduce trauma for children who have been removed from their homes by meeting physical and emotional needs in a calm, welcoming environment while placement decisions are made.
Rethreaded
June ’25 — $450
Human trafficking destroys individuals, wrecks families, and weakens our entire community. Rethreaded provides long-term employment, career development, and supportive services so survivors can reclaim choice, eliminate vulnerabilities to exploitation, and break the cycle of generational trauma. Their proven process helps rebuild families and restore the community.
