We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice. We are not your brokerage and do not replace broker supervision or compliance requirements. You are responsible for confirming brokerage rules and consulting an attorney, broker, or other professional when needed.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and necessary documents on time, review items we coordinate or prepare, and maintain your own licensing and brokerage compliance obligations. You remain responsible for final approvals, decisions, and client advice.

Communication and Timing

We aim for clear and timely communication. Response times may vary based on workload, business hours, and the urgency of your request. If you have a hard deadline, you agree to clearly label it as urgent.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Fees and payment terms will be stated in your written agreement, invoice, or checkout page. Unless otherwise stated in writing, late payments may result in paused Services until payment is received. Refunds (if any) are governed by your written agreement.

Cancellations and Termination

Either party may end Services as described in the written agreement. If no written agreement exists, either party may end Services by written notice. You are responsible for payment for work performed up to the termination date.

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, branding, design, logos, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Next Level Agent Support and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

If we provide templates, checklists, workflows, or systems as part of Services, permitted use will be defined in your written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, you may use deliverables internally for your business and may not resell or redistribute them.

Confidentiality

If you share non-public information with us (client details, internal processes, documents), we will treat it as confidential and use it only to provide Services, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

Third-Party Tools and Links

We may reference or integrate third-party tools (CRMs, e-signature platforms, scheduling tools) and link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as closings, revenue, or performance). Real estate transactions may be impacted by third parties and factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Agent Support will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
